What we collect
- Your email and what you write, when you email us. Used to reply.
- Basic analytics: pages viewed, referrer, country. Cookieless. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no profiling.
Priorfile is not taking payments yet, so no billing details are collected.
Company information
Priorfile works with information about companies, drawn from public records published under the Open Government Licence v3.0, including Companies House and the Ministry of Defence. Where a public record names a director or a person with significant control, that name is already public. If you believe personal data has been used inappropriately, email and it will be reviewed promptly.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email and it will be handled within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
